Our experience and expertise means Ignis Risk Management can support your organisation in the role of Principal Contractor. Relying on our knowledge and attention to detail, our competent CDM Consultants can influence, advise and support all things Health and Safety.

Furthermore, the Ignis team are also built environmental professionals, meaning they have the technical knowledge of the construction industry. This allows for proper team communication, ensuring they all comply with CDM 2015.

CDM Advisor to the Principal Designer

Health and safety legislation can be complex and costly if an incident occurs. To help businesses, we offer a comprehensive health and safety compliance audit service.

The purpose of the investigation is to identify risks, hazards and areas where the law does not comply. At the end of the investigation, a detailed report will be issued detailing the findings and the proposed measures to address them.

After the report is published, the consultant will arrange a meeting to discuss the findings and recommended actions to ensure that you fully understand what is required.

Site Audit and Inspections

When you think of health and safety, you think of audits and inspections. That’s an aspect of what we do at Castle, but we are bringing health and safety into the 21st century.

Our inspections and audit service involve undertaking a thorough site visit to identify any shortcomings in the current health and safety arrangements. We also want to recognise good practices and will provide a formal written report highlighting identified issues where improvements may be required (with photos where necessary), a suggested action plan and target completion time scales, where applicable.

Our inspections and audit service are focused on supporting the site managers and supervisors in understanding the legislative and best practice requirements. We want to assist them in rectifying any shortcomings in a practical and sensible manner.
